Academic Enrichment

This week, we will begin our 3 week writing workshops! We will start to fine-tune the writing skills of our young people by working with them on the mechanics of overall good writing, and more specifically, on a systematic approach to writing a standard 5 paragraph essay using the writing prompt “If I won a million dollars, I would….” As I’m sure we will get some imaginative and well-informed writing on this prompt, the real emphasis will be on equipping our young people with effective writing tools that can be applied to any topic, great or small! And remember:
